I wanted to share a couple of cards that I’ve been doing at some of my workshops this month – I wanted to showcase the Patterned papers as they are on special this month and I was looking for the perfect card to show them off. I had seen a card similar to this which I think may have been a swap from our Convention, although Im not sure, and I also dont know who created the original. My apologies to whoever that was… and if you are reading this please be sure to let me know so that I can give you the credit! But what I did was change the colours and the sentiment and the scallop edge, so I made it more my own anyway. I thought you’d like to see it in two different colour schemes – the first features the Urban Garden DSP, and the second uses the Bella Rose set. I love them both, although being more of a blues girl, I am leaning toward the Urban Garden as my fave. What do you guys think?

I love these two cards! They are a great way to show off the patterned papers.. I have done one similar for my husbands birthday – its on my blog. I find mens card a bit on the difficult side but was very happy with this one!
